The Franciscan Monastery in the village of Kraj
This monastery dates back from 1392 and a great deal of data that tell the history of the island are kept behind the monastery walls.
The Benedictine Monastery of St.Cosmas and Damien
The monastery is located on the Ćokavac hill near the Tkon village and it dates from the 12th century. It was built on the remains of the old Christian church and this monastery was a well known Glagolitic centre. During the 14th century the monastery was redecorated in the spirit of the Gothic period thus a beautiful Gothic crucifixion from the 15th century can still be seen today.
The Franciscan Monastery of St. Dujam
St.Dujam monastery is located in the village of Kraj and it dates from 1390. Special feature of this monastery is a Renaissance cloister, dining room and a museum. The monastery prides itself with the beautiful painting of Madonna with the baby Jesus.
Numerous remnants from the Roman culture, rustic villas and mosaics, ruins of ancient Illyrian cities and fortifications, churches that can be found throughout Pašman make this picturesque island even more appealing for those that love history. Pristine nature and great variety of sports such as cycling, diving and sailing also attract tourists from all over the world; local restaurants and taverns offer superb traditional dishes.
